THIS PLATE WILL NOT WORK ON EARLY 1997 2.5L M96 ENGINES

TUNERS Motorsports External Oil Cooler Adapter/Heat Ex-changer Delete for M96/M97 Porsche engines (excluding Turbo / GT2 / GT3). This adapter allows the use of an external oil cooler and eliminates the water-oil cooled heat ex-changer factory part, providing the vehicle lower oil temperature. IMPROVE OIL COOLING CAPABILITIES. ELIMINATE COOLANT/OIL INTRUSION DUE TO FAILURE OF OIL COOLER. REQUIRES THE USE OF AN EXTERNAL OIL COOLER.

NOTE: OUR HEAT EXCHANGE DELETE PLATE COMES WITH TWO ACCESSORY PORTS. IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO USE THESE PORTS, YOU WILL NEED TO PLUG THEM.

Kit includes:

  • Heat Ex-changer / Oil cooler Delete (anodized gold)
  • 2x 3/8npt plugs
  • 2x 1/2″ -10AN ORB fittings
  • 1x 3/8npt fitting
  • Does not come with -10 hose.
  • Does not come with 2x npt plugs for accessory ports
